Fire Department Monthly Business Meeting: First Tuesday of Each Month, 7pm
The Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department meets the first Tuesday of each month to attend to department business and elect new members. All members are encouraged to attend, and new volunteers are always welcome. The meeting begins at 7pm at the firehouse.
Fire Department Weekly Work/Drill Night: Every Tuesday at 7pm
Each Tuesday (excluding the first Tuesday of each month) the department meets at 7pm to drill, train, and perform equipment maintenance. Members are encouraged to attend as their schedules allow. For prospective volunteers, these meetings provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the department. All are welcome.
Rent the Firehouse for Your Event
The Pawlet Firehouse is available for rental during the warmer months of the year (April though November, when the trucks can be parked outside without danger of freezing) for all manner of private and community events, from classes to parties. Rental includes tables and chairs for over 200 people, as well as access to the commercial-grade kitchen.
