After a long absence, the old tradition of the summer chicken barbecue returns to the firehouse this July! Join us on Saturday July 25th for a community gathering featuring barbecue, vendors, and much more, including a tractor parade! The parade will go from J&J Trucking down to the firehouse at 1pm. Parking is available at the church, or arrive in style by parking up at the Herrick Brook Road and catching a free tractor-drawn wagon ride down (running throughout the day). Catch up with your neighbors and have a good meal for a good cause– all proceeds will benefit the fire department and the Morning Flower Lodge.
The fun starts at 12pm and runs until 4pm at the firehouse 155 VT Route 133 in Pawlet. The meal is $12.
